What time does our tour start?
It depends on the day of the week and what locations you want to visit. We can work around your schedule and the hours of your chosen stops to arrange the perfect adventure. 

Can we bring food?
Feel free to bring any snacks and food you want. You can eat at the table on the bus in between stops, or bring your food into most of the breweries or bottle shops. 


What is included in our day?
- Safe, sober transportation from your home and back. 
- Special Roadies Local Coozies.
- Complimentary cold water.
- Phone chargers for use during ride (iPhone & Android).
- Cooler for storing whatever beverages you purchase along the way.
- Tasting fees and/or drinks are not included

How many people can the bus fit?
Bessie can hold 7 passengers. Six in the back, one in the front seat.


What types of payments are accepted?
After confirming your reservation and date availability you will be sent a link to submit payment. We accept all major credit cards and Venmo. We can accommodate your group by splitting up payments per person or paying in full.

Can we play our own music?
Bessie comes equipped with a bluetooth speaker for your group to use so feel free to bring your own playlist!

Do you sell Gift Certificates?
Sure do! You can purchase a flat rate voucher or individual rides. Just shoot me an email and let me know what you would like to purchase. I will set it up for you to purchase your gift online. rachel@roadieslocal.com

What is your cancellation policy?
In the event that you need to cancel your tour, cancellations requested 10 or more days prior to your scheduled tour date will be issued at 100% refund.
In the event that you need to cancel your tour 1-9 days prior to your scheduled date, you will be issued a Roadies credit to schedule a tour on another date. Credit does not expire.

What if we make a mess in your bus?
There is a $250 charge for any excessive spills, bodily fluids, or damage left behind in the bus. We want you to have fun but please respect the classic VW!
